SRINAGAR (KIMS) — The General Administration Department of Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the Regularization of In-charge Section Officer of the Jammu and Kashmir Secretariat (Subordinate) Service as Section Officer.
According to an order, “the Departmental Promotion Committee in its meeting held on 11.10.2023, sanctioned the Regularization of Mr. Ishfaq Ahmad Ganai, In-charge Section Officer of the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service as Section Officer.”
He has been Regularized as Section Officer in the Pay Level-7 (44900-142400), against an available vacancy w.e.f 22.06.2020.
“The regularization shall be subject to the outcome of the Writ Petition(s), if any, pending before Competent Court(s) of Law,” reads the order. — (KIMS)
