Anantnag: Deputy Commissioner Anantnag Kuldeep Krishan Sidha on Tuesday suspended Medical Officer PHC Khiram for remaining absent from duties and ordered a disciplinary action against him.
An order copy duly signed by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Anantnag KK Sidha, reads “Pending enquiry into the unauthorised absence from duties, Dr. Faheem Shah, Medical Officer, PHC Khiram is placed under suspension with immediate effect and attached with Block Medical Officer, Bijbehara”.
“Additional Deputy Commissioner (S) shall conduct an enquiry and furnish a detailed report within 5 days positively”, order reads. (KNT)
