SHOPIAN — A minor lost his life while two others were injured in a road accident in Zawoora area of Shopian district on Tuesday.
Quoting an official news agency KNO reported that a vehicle skidded off the road and fell down into a deep gorge in Zawoora area of the district, resulting in on spot death to minor boy and injuries to two persons who where shifted to District Hospital Shopian for treatment.
He said that the minor boy who lost his life has been identified as Janu Shakeel, son of Shakeel Ahmed of Shopian while two persons who were injured have been identified as Gulshana Bano, wife of Ab Rashid and Nusrat Jan, wife of Riyaz Ahmed.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.
