JAMMU (KIMS) — In view of heavy rainfall in Jammu and Kashmir, the Srinagar-Jammu National Highway has been blocked for vehicular movement due to shooting stones at various places in Ramban district.
“Jammu-Srinagar NHW (NH-44) is blocked due to shooting stones between Nashri and Banihal, as well as in other areas like Mehad, Panthyal, Mom Passi, Kishtwari Pather etc.,” the Traffic Officials said on Saturday.
“People are advised to avoid journey on NH-44 until the weather improves and the road is cleared. For the latest updates, please contact the Traffic Control Unit (TCU),” they said. — (KIMS)
