SRINAGAR (KIMS) — Due to heavy rainfall in Jammu and Kashmir since yesterday, the Srinagar-Jammu National Highway, Mughal Road and Srinagar-Sonamarg-Gumari (SSG) Road have been blocked for vehicular movement due to landslides.
According to an official, Srinagar-Jammu National Highway (NH-44), Mughal Road and Srinagar-Sonamarg-Gumari (SSG) Road are blocked due to landslides.
He advised people not to travel till clearance of debris from roads.
Meanwhile, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Ramban Mohita Sharma said, Heavy rain alongwith landslide, mudslide and shooting stones in various stretches of Srinagar-Jammu National Highway at Ramban have closed the highway till clearance.

She also appealed people to ask Traffic Control Unit (TCU) about status of highway before making any travel plans. — (KIMS)
