SRINAGAR (KIMS) — The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh has ordered transfers and postings of nine Judicial officers.
According to an order, “Mr. Shabir Ahmad Malik, 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Baramulla is transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kargil, vice Shri Iqbal Ahmad Masoodi, Mr. Yash Pal Sharma, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Leh is transferred and posted as Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court (POCSO), Jammu against an available vacancy, Mr. Pawan Kumar Sharma, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Baramulla shall hold the additional charge of the Court of 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Baramulla, Mr. Iqbal Ahmad Masoodi, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kargil, is transferred and posted as 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar vice Ms. Sandeep Kour and Mr. Parvin Pandoh, Joint Registrar Judicial (Protocol), High Court Wing Jammu is transferred and posted as Special Mobile Magistrate (T), Jammu vice Ms. Rajni Sharma.”
“Ms. Sandeep Kour, 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar is transferred and her services are placed at the disposal of Hon’ble the Chief Justice, High Court of J&K and Ladakh, Ms. Spalzes Angmo, Member Secretary, Ladakh Legal services Authority shall hold the additional charge of the Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Leh, Ms. Rajni Sharma, Special Mobile Magistrate (T), Jammu is transferred and her services are placed at the disposal of Hon’ble the Chief Justice, High Court of J&K and Ladakh and Ms. Fozia Paul, City Judge, Srinagar and Shri Sajad ur Rehman, Sub Judge, Uri shall swap their respective place of postings,” reads the order. — (KIMS)
