ANANTNAG (Zubair Ul Islam) — The Scholars Scientific Institute celebrated 77th Independence Day at School premises in Moominabad area of Anantnag district of South Kashmir.
A special assembly was organized in the school. The programme started with the welcoming of Principal Ma’am with their special claps and yells by the students.
Students and Staff Members of Institute celeberate Independence Day with fervour and gaiety. Patriotic songs were sung by the students.
The students caught up in the spirit of patriotism celebrated Independence Day also made handmade articles and Sketches of Freedom Fighters.
Principal Ma’am threw light on the history of great leaders including Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru, Baghat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev, Subash Chander Bose, M Abdul Kalam Azad and Mahatama Gandhi and also threw light on the three colours of the National Flag.
To keep alive the flame of patriotism and mark the celebration of 77th Independence Day, the premises of SSI, was filled with national spirit and love for the country.
In her speech she also remembered the untold sacrifices of the freedom fighters for Nation. — (VEN)
