SRINAGAR — The Home Department of Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday ordered transfers and postings of two Indian Police Service (IPS) officers in the interest of administration.
According to an order issued by Raj Kumar Goyal (IAS) Financial Commissioner/Additional Chief Secretary, Shri Nitish Kumar, IPS is posted as Inspector General of Police, CID, J&K while Shri Mahendra Nath Tiwari, IPS, Inspector General of Police, CID, J&K, is transferred and posted as Inspector General of Police, Armed, Jammu, relieving Shri Mukesh Singh, IPS, of additional charge of the said post. — (KIMS)
